What an amazing location! I can´t imagine any better place, if you want to have very comfortable, kind and good hotel in Budapest. The staff was very kind and they helped for example to find good local restaurants, to book hydrofoil tickets to Vienna etc. The hotel Victoria is very clean, breakfast was excellent, staff is very helpful and kind - and of course the situation and the view is wonderful! It is very easy to recommend Victoria to your friends. Plus extra: When we arrived and they told, that our room is in the 9th floor and the room has a balcony, we couldn´t believe it! We had our silver wedding and although I made the reservation more than three months earlier, we couldn´t expect anything "bonus". It was a great surprise and "sitting almost on the Danube" made those three days unforgettable! Thank you, we really hope to visit you and beautiful Budapest again!

The hotel was amazing and the view had to be seen to be believed. It was truly breathtaking, I don't think we could have found a better place, right across the Parliament, on the Danube bank. When I visit Budapest again, I will definitely head to Victoria again!

We stayed at the Victoria, 30th April to 2nd May. Everything just perfect -the location, the room, the view, the breakfast and most of all the staff. We would not hesitate to return to this excellent hotel. A special thank you to Viktoria for taking Tracey under your wing!

goodsize, clean room. great views of danube, we were on first floor , would recomend higher floors as view restricted by trees ! however the crowning glory of the victoria was the staff, we were given fantastic advice on public transport, tickets etc.the receptionist couldnt do enough for us, poring over maps and our vague directions, she made our stay , thankyou

We had the distinct pleasure to stay at your hotel for three consecutive weekends. The location is perfect for getting around the city; the accomodation excellent; the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and must make special mention of Vicky and Gabriella and last but not least the sumptous breakfast provided. Stayed for 3 nights in June 05 Made very welcome and most of the staff spoke good English. Food excellent nothing to much trouble to prepare for you. The views from the room were spectacular making the position of Victoria ideal! Back again this year with friends

We just stayed at Hotel Victoria, and found it the BEST experience!! Staff freindly, great location, and the VIEWS!!! They just can't be decribed. We will stay here again and I recommened anyone else I send to Budapest to stay here. I look forward to a return visit just to stay here and enjoy viewing the city over the Danube at night from my huge picture windows. Thanks again!!!

We stayed at the Victoria for 1 week in mid January 2006. We could not have been more pleased! The rooms, location, breakfast and friendly helpful staff were great. the front desk recommended some excellent restaurants both in the neighborhood and in Pest. Cannot say enough good things!

A jewel in the crown of Budapest - that is what we call this charming small hotel in this great city. An accommodation with a warm and cosy atmosphere, spacious rooms, very well equipped and maintained bathrooms and -of course - the fantastic views from every room (we were a party of six in three rooms). And all that for absolutely very reasonable prices - you can not get a better deal in Buda, nor in Pest. Plus: a staff that makes you feel at home immediately, and is always there to be of your service with a big smile and all the help they can give. Plus: the tram stop is at the doorstep and the nr.2 Metro line is a five minutes walk away. If you like the luxury, views and staff attentiveness of expensive five star hotels, stay at this four star hotel and get all that for half or less that price! We will come back here again and again, and recommend the Victoria to all our friends, that's for sure!

Fabulous accommodation! Stayed in December 2005 and although it was cold and snowy outside the room was very warm and welcoming - and with a view that few hotels could beat. Staff were friendly, exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We were made to feel at home immediately. Breakfast was very good - especially the lovely fresh breads and cheeses. A five-ten minute walk to Metro, tram just outside - a great location. We loved it here.

We had a fabulous stay in September 05, an Indian Summer. Nice Hotel, big rooms, superb view even when in bed polite, caring staff and a very good breakfast. Budapest is a great place for a break with excellent restaurants and good entertainment. A superb coordinated transport system. We are going back as we want to see more. We will go to Victoria as the service and location is great.....

Myself and my girlfriend stayed at Hotel Victoria for a week and it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. The views up & down the Danube from room 81 were quite spectacular!! We will return.

We stayed at Victoria for 4 nights from 18.9.2005. From the minute we arrived everything was perfect. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were 1st class and the view can not be bettered. The breakfast was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling to budapest. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Week-ending 4th Sept 2005. Just spent a great 3 nights in Budapest. 1st time in Victoria but I wouldnt hesitate to use it again. Bacon and eggs at breakfast was a welcome surprise. Tram stop outside the hotel ensured it never took more than 15 minutes to get to Vaci Utca on the Pest side. Good accommodation, good ammenities and great view.

We spent 4 nights at Victoria last week. The hotel is in an excellent location and is very well run. The reception staff were extremely helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. The views from the room were fantastic. We would definitely stay at Victoria if we were to visit Budapest again.

We have just returned from a weekend at your hotel and would just like to say a great big THANK YOU. Victoria is absolutely brilliant and the staff are second to none. From the moment we arrived Victoria made us feel very welcome and made our stay so much more enjoyable. We had no idea what to expect from the accommodation as we booked it over the internet but we couldn't have chosen better. The breakfast was great as well. We have stayed at Victoria 7-8 times before. Always had wonderful time and found all the personel so friendly. The location is superb , the views are fantastic like a well made picture on the wall. Price reasonable but, going up slowly slowly... No need to look for an alternative. We feel at home staying at Victoria. Thank you to all concerned.
