Hotel policy

HOUSE RULES A-Z

Only registered and paying guests are allowed to stay on the hotel premises.

In order to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests, please strictly comply with these house rules. Violation of the rules or causing damage may result in additional charges.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CHECK-IN

Your hotel room is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel by email or phone.

BUFFET BREAKFAST

Served daily on the ground floor between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including guest rooms. A penalty of EUR 150 will be charged at reception in case of smoking.

PETS

Our hotel is NOT a pet-friendly hotel.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept EuroCard, MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards.

CHECK-OUT

Your room is available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you would like a later check-out, it may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact reception.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

A towel left on the towel rack indicates that you do not require a replacement.
If you would like your towels changed, please leave the used towels on the bathroom floor.
Bed linen is automatically changed every 2 days.

LOBBY BAR

Opening hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING

Rooms are cleaned daily between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
If you do not wish to receive housekeeping service, please use the hanger on your room door handle to notify our staff.
The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for damages resulting from improper use of the room. For housekeeping-related matters, please contact reception.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

In case of any complaint, please contact reception immediately in person or contact the Management directly by email at one of the following addresses: victoria@victoria.hu , p.oliver@victoria.hu .

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds after departure in the event of any compensation claim.

USE OF THE SAFE

All rooms are equipped with a safe.
Detailed instructions for use can be found on the sticker located on the front of the safe.
If you have any questions, please ask our reception staff for assistance.

The hotel accepts no responsibility for valuables left in the room or in the room safe.

SZÉP CARD ACCEPTANCE

All types of SZÉP Cards are accepted for payment of hotel services.

EMERGENCY

Please carefully read the emergency instructions located in your room and follow all hotel instructions in the event of an emergency.

EMERGENCY EXITS

Please follow the green “EXIT” signs. The evacuation route map can be found on the inside of your room door.
